• Breakfast is served between 7.00am and 9.00am (weekdays) and
  8.00am and 10.00am (weekends)

• Sandwiches provided on request (please state whilst booking)

• All rates include an extensive Continental buffet. We also offer a full English breakfast at £5 extra per person.

• All bedrooms are en-suite and have colour LCD TV with Freeview, complimentary tea and coffee and a hair dryer

• WiFi access is available free for guests

• Secure off-road parking

• If you should be arriving early or departing late, by train or coach, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us. 

• The Swallowfield Country House is non smoking throughout the rooms, however is permitted within our grounds.

Terms & Cancellation

We accept Cash, Cheques supported by bankers card, MasterCard, Visa and Switch. We reserve the right to make a charge of £20.00 per room if we do not receive notice of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to 10 am. on the day of arrival. Please note that this charge will also apply for up to a maximum of 2 nights if an early termination of your booking occurs during your stay. However, we will undertake to endeavour to re-let the rooms and a refund will be made.
